This continued education webinar will provide information and tools to help practitioners understand and explain these differences to their clients.

Notice: at the completion of the November 13th webinar, a special meeting will be held for all members of the ESF. at that time a vote will be under consideration for the following Board recommendation:
“It is the recommendation of the board that the Electrolysis Society of Florida register a DBA, or doing business as, under the name of Electrolysis and Laser Society of Florida.”
This Notice will serve as a ‘written notification’ given at least 30 days prior to a special meeting.
ARTICLE XIV
Amendment to the Bylaws
The Bylaws may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the General Membership by:
A 2/3 majority vote of eligible voting members present, provided a thirty (30) day advance written notification of each amendment has been given, or
A 3/4 majority vote of eligible voting members present, if 60% of the membership is present, when prior written notification has not been given.
