The Electrolysis Society of Florida (ESF) would like to invite you to host a table and display your products/services at the next in-person ESF Conference on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 7:30am to 4:30pm at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, FL. An estimated 75-100 Licensed Electrologists from around the state of Florida are expected to attend. ESF members and non-members primarily attend the meeting for accreditation purposes, so vendor tables will be their only opportunity to interact face-to-face with vendors.
The fee to host a table is only $250 per day, payable in advance (“Electrolysis Society of Florida, Inc”)
at least 4 weeks prior the event. Regretfully, no refunds if your reservation is canceled
less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.
The fee includes the table as well as lunch for 1 person – additional meals are available at an extra charge.
All vendors will be allowed a five minute presentation at the start of the program to attendees.
Associate Membership
Do you have an interest in the professional of Electrolysis and Laser Hair Removal? You can become a member of the Electrolysis Society of Florida. This will allow you to become more involved in the only association representing all of the Electrologists and Laser Hair Removal Practitioners in the State of Florida. You will able to attend the General Membership Meeting held twice a year, once via zoom and once in person. This is where important state licensing and legislature is discussed and association direction is decided. The following describes what it means to be an Associate Member in the Electrolysis Society of Florida:
Associate Member: Associate membership shall be open to those who have an interest in the profession of electrolysis and are not actively practicing, but maintain a status of good standing in the Electrolysis Society of Florida, Inc. and whose annual dues have been received by the Treasurer. Associate members may have the privilege of voice, but may not vote, hold office, or serve as Directors………(Does not include $30 new member application fee*)….$155
